Insurance & coverage
Incontinence supplies are typically covered under a Medicaid primary or secondary plan. Your physician will need to provide a detailed written order along with medical records supporting your diagnosis — A1 Med handles the paperwork and works directly with your doctor’s office to get everything submitted.
Please note: Medicaid recipients under 3 years of age are not eligible for incontinence supplies, and a secondary diagnosis causing the incontinence is typically required for coverage.
Qualifying diagnoses
